Return Policy

7-Day Returns (Store Credit Only)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit only—no refunds to the original form of payment.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Email us at support@wialsusa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we’ll send next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll take care of it with a replacement or store credit.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email. It can be used on any future purchase.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Use your store credit to reorder the item you want.
