Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order, processing may take a little longer during high-demand periods.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly.


Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 5-7 business days after shipment
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days after shipment

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
WIALS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, WIALS is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
